Our Keystone Club allows our older Club kids the opportunity to develop leadership skills. The Keystone kids also operate our Club Café which provides Club members snacks but more importantly, the responsibility of running their own business. They are also required to take the Goals for Growth class which emphasizes goal-setting, resume writing, interviewing skills and career development with the ultimate goal being employment outside the Club..
